Formerly serving as a Country Head of Technology and Digital Transformation, Sanat specializes in guiding organizations through complex ERP implementations, with deep technical focus in SAP S/4HANA and EWM. Holding an MBA from Vlerick Business School, his strategic focus lies in deploying process automation, optimizing global supply chains, and unlocking working capital to build resilient, high-performing enterprises.

Rajesh is a seasoned financial leader and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with over 15 years of expertise in finance operations and global controllership. He brings a distinguished track record of advising Fortune 500 clients across the Pharmaceutical, FMCG, and CPG sectors on complex financial capability building. Rajesh possesses deep technical authority in IFRS, US-GAAP, and multi-entity global consolidations. He specializes in driving Record-to-Report (RTR) process excellence, designing advanced batch costing systems for large-scale revenue divisions, and leading rigorous working capital optimization initiatives. His strategic interventions are designed to deliver rapid, measurable impact, including executing 40% efficiency improvements in month-end close optimizations for global clients.
